“A very nice hotel in Zakopane with beautiful views and a great location, close to both the city centre (Rynek) and Morskie Oko. The breakfast was delicious, and overall it was a really pleasant stay.”

“The place is very pretty and location is great. The staff was very welcoming and they had great breakfasts, however we had a deluxe room and in the middle of our room were doors connecting to another room! Not only everything could be heard through the doors, but as the other guests had dogs which were barking constantly, it was very disturbing! I am not sure if this was just our room with door in the middle or if it's with all the rooms, but if it is for every room, then the architect who designed this had a weird sense of humour and apparently door fetish because no one needs a door in the middle in order to hear literally everything your neighbors are talking about.”

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel in Zakopane for Valentine’s Day as a little escape from the busy city life and to go skiing. The hotel has a charming rustic, cabin style feel that really fits the spirit of Zakopane. It’s very peaceful the kind of place where you can truly relax, clear your mind, and unwind away from the noise of the city. They have ski instructors on site, which is great for people trying skiing for the first time. The area was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable since we were there on a weekend. Breakfast was okay I’d rate it average. What I really didn’t like was the sound insulation in the suites. It was honestly very bad. The family in the suite next to us had three kids who kept jumping around at night, and it literally felt like they were jumping right above our heads. That definitely took away from the relaxing experience.”

“If you're looking for a Polish breakfast, this hotel has it. It's the only thing that's different from the others. But I tried the egg with mayonnaise and the salad with mayonnaise. And the taste was terrible, even though I'm a tourist. But my mother-in-law is Polish, and the difference in the quality of the food was huge. The place certainly has employees who do their jobs. The bed was clean. The bathroom too. They were constantly cleaning the guests' tables at breakfast. They are even very friendly to families with babies. But for example, the reception is terrible. They only give you one key per room, even if there are two people in the same room. When you ask them for information or help, they don't seem to care about the guests. They just check in and charge for the stay. The lighting in some rooms was terrible. And there was a terrible smell in my room. No matter how much I opened the windows, the smell was horrendous. The electricity in the rooms only works if the key is in the switch next to the door. But if your partner needs the key, and you're alone in the room, you can't even watch TV. The WiFi was constantly dropping out. The only reason I don't give it 1 star is because, as I said, there are people who work hard to keep the hotel clean and properly maintained. And they are kind to the guests and the kids. Their strong point is the Polish breakfast. Please try to keep things fresher.”

“We got a lovely spacious room on the top floor. Very clean. Comfy beds. A nice quiet location overlooking the hills. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and welcoming but the restaurant staff was rude and I was treated like an intruder. None of them were Polish. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but with the windows open it is cool and fresh.”
